i`m hungry
hi, i`ve started working out in the gym recently, ive also changed diet but im finding tht i feel hungry all the time how do i tht?

workout is :
1. strtch then i go on the treadmill 15 minz, then i use the bike for another 15 minz after tht i use the crunch machine then the other machines lat pull,triceps, chest n then i do afew sit up n then m dne:) i do like 10 reps i satrt at 5kg then wrk way up to 35kg.
brekfast i eat wholemeal toast, braNflake, crumpets semi skimmed milk, lunch i have asalad or pasta pot n fruit, dinner i have jkt potatoe brown rice beanz cheese, n drink water lot m also takin a fat imboliser.

so where m i goin wrng i been trainin two weeks.

to help support weight maintenance when combined with appropriate exercise and a low-fat diet.
ive been thinkin about it and i think maybe thats whats making me hungry lol
im gna try not takin supplements and to do it naturally, i may however invest in a protein shake for a while and i get diet sorted
probably im better off eatin nuts when i get hungry as snack,

invested in a soya based protein shake today just gt to ad some veg to diet now

Eat vegetables, NOT nuts, nuts are high in fat, though they are a source of protein & in moderation ok.Also don't stretch before the treadmill, you need to warm your joints before doing stretching.If you are doing weight bearing training following the treadmill, then jumping jacks or moving stretching applies, but not the stretch & HOLD type, those are best done at the very end.Best of luck

Nuts however are good for healthy Fat. It's about moderation. A whole cup will give you around 600-700 calories, possibly more depnding on the type as things like Grape Nuts, Cashews and Chestnuts are more Carb rich than ones like Brazils, Hazels, Macadamias etc etc

Firstly you need to be eating 3 meals and a day plus 3 small snacks about every 3 hrs apart. if you are trying to cut up high protein has worked best for me. as for your excerise you should never strech before excerises alway warm up and strech when finished.
as for your excerise routein do your weight first and cardio after the reason for this is that it take about 20 mins for the body to properly warm up and if you do weights first glyocen levels are at there highest and the body is warmed up ready to start burning fat.
if you could put what days you train and times it would be easier to answer this question also the sort of job you have ect

Eat more higher fiber foods.
Eat more protein.
Eat snacks while reducing your regular meal intake
Eat ever 2-3 hours
Drink a lot more water (1-2 gallons)

Forget the word SNACK, it is 6 small equal sized meals.
