This thread is for obliques only...

What are exercises that maximizes your obliques?

I got a weird body coz i got 6 pack abs but obliques look like a slugged fat. I am having problems working them out.

One that will do it, are Side Bends, but you have to keep the Torso ramrod straight. Don't get any Posterior or Anterior tilt during ther movement, or you might snag a muscle.

Also you could try things like seated Torso twists, with a Medicine Ball, as that might target them, but be aware it will have more of an impact than just Obliques.

Sit-ups with a twist should work too.

fav exersice for obliques is the side to side leg throws, don't let your feet hit the ground. Do as many reps as you can.
