The best thing to do then, is make sure when the Foto goes in the Mouth, it's good and sweaty, not clean. The worse it feels, the more it will remind you to not do it again.

Hi, everyone!!! Hey, I am soo sorry for not posting!!! :( I am so caught up in summer maddness. Working full-time, kids, summer activities...blah, blah blahhhh. Anyway, I have logged on and read some of your posts. Seems everyone is having a great summer. :D Soooo, tomorrow we are going camping! Yayy, sooo excited. I am actually looking forward to Fall, tho. favorite time of year! As for workouts I have shifted priorities a bit. I am now focusing more on muscle building than fat-loss. So, I have gone to splits and cut down cardio to two interval sessions twice per week. I am very excited for new workout and what it may bring!! I realize I may put on a bit of fat in the process and I am fully prepared for that since I plan on going back on a fat-loss phase in the Spring sometime. Ok, as far as diet goes..... I haven't been doing terrible but def not the best I have ever done. It's summer and soooo many BBQs and ice cream! LOL Well, I have put on a few lbs but nothing I am really concerned about. I am pretty consistant on workouts. Tomorrow is legs...uugh! Well, have lots to do to get ready for our camping trip. Just want to say...hey!!!

@Trinity-thank you sooo much for the praise!! Yes, being slight in frame is a bit of a burden since extra lbs really do show quickly. Thank you for reading journal!!! :D I promise to check-in more often.

DON'T apologise for anything :).

It's your life and we DO understand :).

You are looking wondeful at the moment, but then you always do. You are a beautiful, healthy married lady with youthful maturity, so you have nothing to ever reproach yourself for. You can certainly do what you want to goals wise, you just need to keep believing in yourself and keep believing in the choices you are making.

You have the right emotional, mental and physical abiltiy to be doing what you're doing. Calories wise, you will need to be making sure you're not undereating, because your goal has changed, so I would suggest you aim for the 1,800 average for sedentary females and add another 300 on top of that.

You may find in the future you need to increase ccaloris again, to facilitate more mass, so I'd suggest one of two ways.

Assuming you eat 6 times a day, you could icnrease calories by 300 a day, to avoid a large excess caloric to Fat conversion per day.

So you could increase your calories by 5g Protein, 5g Carbs, 1g Fat ,(49 calories), per meal.

The other way is 5g Carbs, 3-4g Fat, (47-56 calories approx), which would be a good option if you thikn your protein intake is satisfactory.

I'd aim for the future to be eating 1.2g per lb of bodyweight in Protein, but I'd advise perhaps to go above that, but try not to exceed 1.5 g per lb, as too much Protein can increase Gout and Kidney Stone risk.

Hopefully that helps.

We will always be here for you and we will always support you misses, so don't apologise for having a life, because I think you're being unfair to yourself to think you have to.

You will always be incredibly valued and appreciated here, because you have always been wonderful, warm and kind-hearted.

You are your own greatest compliment :).

Thank you so much, Boss for your always uplifting and nice words!! Yes, I will follow your advice and be sure I am consuming adequate cals for goals. I am trying to lift heavier with 3 sets of 8-12 reps. I am really loving the challenge as I was bored of total body routine. I will keep you posted! :D

Thank you, Lynne...I will give it all! Hope you are having a great summer down there in Texas! :D

I'd stick to around 8-10 reps. I thikn 12 is just a little high and will not give you quite as much intensity as you might like.

Hi, everyone.....I am back from our camping trip and we had an awesome time! Of course plenty of marshmellows and smores. I did eat some turkey burgers and we made whole wheat pancakes one morning too so diet wise there where some bright spots. :D

Boss, haha...I think I meant to write 8-10 reps as I never do 12 reps of anything! Sorry for that typo. yes, I am usually somewhere between there till failure. thx!!!

Brent..yes, ICE CREAM!!! I read your journal and I am kinda chasing that same demon of procrastination away also. I kept saying TOMORROW I will crack down but tomorrow doesn't happen then the same. NO MORE! We can do this, right?? Right!! Good for you for getting out there in the rain instead of going to the gym for a workout you would have hated...uugh! Good luck in your strongman contest! Love it! At least you didn't gain any weight. Since Spring I was at 107 now at 115.... Is all good, tho.

Bonnie, yeah, those family activities really can throw off a diet plan! It is not always possible to eat meals. Wish I could just live in a world of fitness but nope...not possible for me so I am doing the best I can.

Soo, was a good workout this morning. I did back and biceps. Wish i could tell you the exercises but I have no idea of the names. I am sore, tho. Well, I had a long day at work also so I am tired. Have a good night all.

Hi, Everyone...miss me??? LOL Well, we moved and I was without a computer for a whole month!!! I was dying here! Anyway, we finally got our internet service on. Long story why it took so long but we switched providers and the one we chose had some complications getting it on. uuugh!! So, I am here and well, not sure what to tell you guys. Ok..I will start with the truth.. diet has been REALLY crappy! :( I want to get back on track and I know what to do, I just need to do it. I put a couple of new picks up anyway so you can see UNprogress!! I got some of boobs back along with that annoying pooch and looking a bit thicker around the middle. I am going to turn things around, though...really I am! As for workouts I am still going strong. I am sticking with the 3x full body workout. I haven't really been doing much cardio. I started running outside but got shin splints so had to take it easy. It's starting to feel better so I will give it another try. I was doing a run/walk thing on our bike path. I really enjoyed it a lot! I got so sick of the machines at the gym. Anyway, I hope you are all doing well!!!! Fall is here and I am so thankful to be out of the hot summer had. Fall is favorite time. :) Hope you are all having fun in whatever you are doing!!

Don't be too hard on yourself. You're 45 years old and you are such a beautiful Lady, you really are. This situation you've gotten yourself into, doesn't change what you're capable of and you just need to remember what you're worth and that you deserve to feel and look better than second best.

There are people 20+ years younger than you, that can't live with the way you look Sandi, they just can't. They are people that let themselves become unjustifiably neglected, weight wise and you will always be a pretty darn good rolemodel and example, about how to be a youthfully mature Lady and how to age timelessly and with a lot of dignity and grace.

I'm still pretty darn proud of you for everything you've done and that doesn't change for me, but the only person you need to continue proving something to is yourself and that's only ever been the case.

You're a superb person and a superb Mother figure, so don't be too hard on yourself will you.

Having to move and fit your schedule around a new start in life and some upheavel, will be a test for anyone, so it's understandable that focusing on the "you time", won't have always been the main priority and you're human and you need to remember this and know that everything it means and everything it stands for, is valuable and greatly appeciated by anyone who knows you, in whatever way they do.

Whatever happens don't let anything get you down. I did look at the new photos and I think you're being a little hard on yourself. Yes you live in your own skin 24/7, but I still stand by that polite observation and hope that you'll just be more relaxed about how you look and just get back to something you do well, which is taking care of YOU :).

You have always been a valued, appreciated and important part of this site. You represent what maturing can be and can allow a person to achieve and do with ther physiology. You're a wonderful advert for maturing and a great motivator, leveller and comfort to others :).

So keep your chin up, keep smiling and give yourself some of the credit you truly deserve, because you absolutely shine and I know you'll keep on shining for a long time.

No worries now okay :).
