Avoid foods with a moderate to high Saturated Fat and / or Sugar content.

That's as simple as I can put it.

I am getting good results with eating at least 4 cups of yogurt and 2 cups of fresh almonds everyday.

Be aware though Pecans, Walnuts and Cashews are still quite high in unsaturated Fats, so moderate the intake just to keep calories respectable. Also from memory Cashews are about GI 22, whilst the others I don't think are above GI 0, so again, another reason to moderate Cashews, so you don't affect Bloodsugar too frequently.

Whilst GI 22 foods coupled with the amount you eat, are not major bloodsugar manipulators, as you do eat Nuts that are GI 0, still favour those over Cashews, moderate the intake of all, and perhaps have the Cashews less than the other ones.

I'm not saying don't eat them, just moderate quantities of Nuts, and eat the Cashews less than the others.

Probably Fat. THe Human body can go as high as about 4lbs of Fat loss a week, before additional weight loss becomes Muscle as well.
