1) i don't think that lean muscle would be lost easily. i think that while losing weight, the first thing that will come off from the weight lost is FAT. because muscle tissue is tougher than fat tissue. well correct me if i am wrong

2) when a person go on, say crash diet, can anyone explain why it takes muscle away? muscle get burned?

3) And there is "red Muscle" , is it different than white, lean muscle?
