
6 foot 2. 110KGS.. died.. any addon's you can think of? suggestions? I want to loose fat.. should goal by 2000 cal per day. i cant count calories


Breakfast. 10am (work) Oatmeal mixed with water.. its honey flavoured.. and an apple or so (THINKING OF TRYING EGG WHITES)
Snack... Fruit and a Weight Watchers bar.. lol
Lunch... Brown bread with 2 shaved turkey slices (what else can i eat?) hmm.
Snack. Another Weight watchers bar (only today, cause i didnt know what else to eat)
Dinner.. Usually just eat normal home food. but im thinking, buying fish and chicken breast.. grilling it and eating it with lemmon..
And then i dont eat anything after 8pm and cardio it in the morning.
