Not really, but for what it's worth, the fact it has the word "extreme" in the title bothers me.
Any weight loss product or prorgamme containing that word in the title bothers me.
You must know something about it, in order to consider buying the DVD, what is your take on the system or any methodology it uses that you have heard about?
Maybe that might help some of us to evaluate it for you.

Hello Bossman,
Thanks for the reply.
I do cardio workout and weights regularly (5 days per week). I do cardio daily mostly elliptical and weights twice a week.
I do cardio mostly for burning fat since body has a tendency of retaining fat.
This work out tells us (as advertised) that we can burn 9 times more fat and 25% more calories. Would this workout really do that?
Thanks again,
Regards D.K.

Agreed. Unless the programme makers have X-ray vision and can see Fat oxidise before their very Eyes, making any fat loss claims relating to any exercise programme, in terms of numbers, statistics or percentages is a crock.
That's like saying cleaning your Teeth burns twice as many calories, as chewing Gum for 10 minutes would
.
Maybe when the makers of this exercise programme, get their heads out of their , and get back to planet "the rest of us", they'll realise their claims are just really spurious to the nth degree.
End result, your recanted description has convinced me to say "AVOID".
Chances are you might even burn more calories scratching your Head, than you would doing that SWAT programme. Then again maybe I'm being really spurious, who knows?
Hopefully that helps you make your mind up.

Or go for totally free and just do bodyweighted style stuff using a couple of small books and a broom / mop, to work the body with.
