Endomorphs

Post by Bdogg777 »

Iam a Endomorph body and I cant figure out a diet plan for myself, I have been searching everywhere on the internet to find out what I need to eat and what. Should I be doing it 40/30/30 or 40/40/20 I'm looking to get big but also lose fat, but because I'm a endomorph it is alot harder and I would really like to see results. It is just getting to complicated and confusing if someone could help it would be most appreciative.

(That's fine.)

Apple
Turkey Sandwhich

(Give the Apple about 10-15 minutes to digest, then eat the sandwhich. This will help the Fruit digest better.)

Chicken Breast
Brown Rice
Steamed Vegetables

(That's fine)

Orange
Cottage Cheese 1%

(Switch to low Fat Cheese, it has more Protein and a better Fat composition.)

Chicken Breast
Salad
2% shredded Cheese
Rasberry Walnut Vinegrette

(Seems fine, though perhaps consider the Low Fat Cheese option and not too much, incase you have too muich Protein the meal.)

Cottage Cheese 1%
Orange

(I don't think you need the fruit here, as it's a little bit carb heavy with the Cheese, but if you do, have something like a Tomato, as it's one fruit with better compatibility to other foods, when sharing the Stomach. Again go for low Fat.)

Not that I'm disagreeing with bossman in any way as he definitely knows alot more about this stuff than I do... but I would actually tweak a few things here. I've found great results with something more along these lings:

Meal one:
4 eggwhites 1 egg
old fashioned rolled oats
1% Milk

Apple
Turkey
nuts, nut butter, or avocado (or some other form of healthy fat)

Chicken Breast
Brown Rice
Steamed Vegetables

veggies
Cottage Cheese 1%
nuts, nut butter, or avocado (or some other form of healthy fat)

Chicken Breast
Salad
low fat shredded Cheese
Rasberry Walnut Vinegrette

Cottage Cheese 1%
nut butter (or some other form of healthy fat)

Well there you have it. Two responses that are meritworthy, so it's up to you what you choose to do.

I have the upmost respect for Cassie and her understanding, (she compares herself to me unfavourably I feel), so you can be assured she is on the ball with that response and you CAN choose to go with that if you prefer, because I cannot disagree with it at all :).
