Order of weights

Post by a05jwal »

Sometimes the gym is super busy and I cannot do the weights in order such as biceps, then triceps. So i usually do the machine on plan that is open. Does it matter what order they are done in?

If a workout gets disjointed, because you can't always use equipment just when you want to, that's life.

That kind of thing is never seriously going to happen a lot, so you're not going to end up doing topsy-turvey workouts on a regular basis.

It's not a problem.
