Terrrrific results :D:D but..

Post by x_rated_mo »

was 64cm around thigh (just below crotch) now its 62 .. was 34 on biceps, now 33--was 83 on hip (smallest part) now 79!! was 92 around waist (oblique area) now ..... 86 !!! im soo hhappy.

but i'm doing high weight low rep training, and running 3 times a week, mixing in HIIT,and being active ..so i'm confused as to how i look more buff, i mean, chest has lost weight but its gotten bigger .. i mean, it stands out alot .. or maybe its cuz i didnt wear tight cloths durin the winter and now that the weathers hot again i'm noticing :P

hmmm.

Ur chest got bigger because of u doing high wieght low reps.
when u do high weight and low reps u are training for muscle mass.
if u dont want to gain more mass do less weight and more reps.

yeah, i know, but in order for u to build muscle mass, u need an extra 500 calories each day, and i'm consuming less calories then bmr, so this is where it gets confusing
i know that basic stuff already--besides, i'm running 3 times a week also so it burns even MORE calories

i've always said you can buld muscle and lose fat at the same time although small amounts of both but a 1 - 2kg swing each way is 2 - 4kg turn around and can make a difference
