Can't Get Enough Calories, Stop Cardio?

Post by BCS ADRENALINE »

Well, right now I'm lucky to get 1200 calories a day. I have been developing six mini meals a day, but it still doesn't look like I 'm going to get enough. BMR gets to around 3000 calories on a very active day. I have heard that not getting enough calories does the same thing as getting too many, and I'm just not getting enough. Cardio burns calories, and I'm not getting enough as is, so should I stop cardio?

Well, I've been organizing the 6 meal, and how it's going, it looks like I'm going to have to eat alot of food. All of it is health food, most of which is real low in calories in smaller amounts.

Who says it's low calorie.

Take this for example.

1 Chicken Breast. 30 grams Protein 120 calories.

1 Baked Potato, 30 grams Carb approx. 120 calories

So you've got 240 calories there already. Just then add something else into the mix, like some Broccoli, nad maybe some Beans as well, to bump up Calories, and you could easily get 350 calories from one meal.

If you work things well, you cna get 300-400 calorie per meal. Especially if you bump them up with Fats from things like Nuts, Seeds etc etc.
