hi everybody, am beginner and i read in book that i find some Routines and advices that i can follow to start in bodybuilding, i want just advice about it and know if i can follow the routine, if not give me suggestions thanks .
the routine for the first month : 3days week
1-barbell squats: 1set of 15 reps
2- pull-overs: 1 set of 12 reps
3- bench presses : 1 set of 15 reps
4- standing barbell presses: 1 set of 10 reps
5- bent-over barbell rows : 1 set of 10 reps
6- standing barbell curls : 1 set of 10 reps
7- stiff-legged dead lifts : 1 set of 15 reps
8- Crunches : 1 set of 20 reps
the routine for the second month : 3 days week
1- barbell squats : 3sets of 15 reps (supersetted with )
2- pull-over: 3 sets of 15 reps
3- Upright barbell rows : 3 sets of 12 reps (supersetted with )
4- bench presses : 3 sets of 10-15 reps
5- presses behind neck : 3 sets of 12 reps
6-standing dumbbel culrs : 1 set of 15 reps, 2 sets of 10 reps (supersetted with )
7- lying triceps extensions: 1set of 15 reps, 2sets of 10 reps
8- stiff-legged dead lifts : 3 sets of 15 reps
