work and scheduling.

Post by Guts »

Alright, Well I've said it before I work third shift so, I really don't have a good schedule for eating.. I start working at 10pm until 7 am. I have 15 minute break at 12 and lunch at 2 and another 15 minute break at 5. I go to brothers to eat lunch and don't eat anything for the break since there really isn't anything healthy at house (I don't do the grocery shopping).. And don't have the cash right now to buy stuff at work. When I get home I stay up about an hour or 2 and then go to sleep. Then wake up around 7-8ish sometimes earlier. Anyway, I was wondering how I should have eating schedule. I want to bulk up since I weigh about 160 pounds and skinny.. Plus, I have a little bulgy stomach sort of at the bottom which I am trying to get flat.... Also, Like I said I don't get the groceries..So, Was wondering how I can turn some foods at home into something healthy.. Like right now I had to scrounge up tuna.. since it's 4.5 grams of fat and only 1g of saturated fat and 10g of protein. And last but not least...For eggs I know eating only white is good..How can I do just that? Cook it up regularlly and not eat the yolk?

P.S.
I know I post alot with alot of questions haha.

- tins of tuna and sandwiches with meat and salad are easy to bring from home as well as fruit
- even protein shakes will do in your case
- try and have to bigger type meals before work if you can so you'll only need small to moderate meals while your there
- egg yolks are alright as far as i know

Thanks, I got these protein plus bars. Has 32grams of protein, included Metamyosyn Protein and 4g of net carbs.
