Your diet does sound awesome (except maybe for the late meal). I don't know exactley what type of workout you're doing though. As for me, I am 45, used to be in amazing shape, got an education, got a desk job, got fat. I started back lifting and got stronger but could not lose weight. I was 250 and miserable. Now, after 57 days I am down to 223 (-27 lbs). problem apparently was simply workout intensity. In case you are curious, I started P90X. It is the most intense workout I have ever done. It also comes with a diet guide that may give you some new ideas on yours although yours sounds pretty good. Posting fat pictures is also very good motivation.
hello I've notice that you said you've started using skimmed milk in coffee and in cereal. It could be that you are lactose intolerant. If you cut the milk or by lactaid you might be able to get rid of the bloat
Well, first off i would say cut down on the dairy products and drink lots of water. Increase your water intake by atleast 20%. Next, keep doing what you are doing. Your lifetyle you described is better than the majority of people out there and its actually quiet healthy. Be persistent and in due time you will notice changes.
As for the fat you want to lose, i suggests hands down to do high reps walking lunges and bicycle abs.
