I been working out for a little while now, but i am very confused. I want to get cut, but i know you have to lose weight for that. I dont think i need to lose weight tho cause then i'll be to skinny. So, judging by pictures, do you think i should lose weight or gain weight?? I do want more muscle but i also want to be cut, so im a bit confused. im 6.2, 180lbs. Any honest advice is truly appreciated Thanks!! Also, any suggestiongs what goals should be would be appreciated too. What do you think i need to work on the most on body?
