Needing some advice on size and shape
Ive been looking into doing some crossfit training in off time after I get out of training(Air Force Tech School). What I am wanting to achieve is a more cut and built look. I want chest to be more squarded off and shaped, I want abs to be prominent and showing, and I want an overall stockier build, I just need to be advised into the right direction. Im going to stick to as strick of a diet as I can and stick to drinking only water, and workout at least once a day. As of right now this is what I look like with a slight stomach and chest flex, please help me and point me in a good direction..

Generally, you don't need to work out everyday as your body needs rest, the muscle needs rest - 5 days a week max for working out, unless you are under some kind of professional supervision. There are others here more qualified to give detailed diet advice, but you'll need to up your calorie intake a whole bunch to get where I believe you're saying you want to be at.
Now some folks have body types that are just never going to be the 'big bulky' guy thing or the slimmer 'Fight Club' look. Sometimes the more we can wrap ourselves around the body type most likely to achieve and benefit ourselves, the better off you are and the quicker you'll achieve it. I've known people who have similar body types as you who want that "bigger" look and have chased that tail forever, never to catch it or at least never catch it to their satisfaction. You look like the perfect candidate to maximize a P90X style workout and body type that seems to be real successful with that type of program. I'm no expert, but that is approximation. Personally, I would work on boatloads of a variety of pushups, chinup/pullups and core work , with a mix of weights.
Good luck with your goals.

I think this suits your goals well, you can tailer it to yourself, and it will increase your strenth while getting reps in the hypertrophy range too, with plenty of rest.
