I have arrived at ideal weight but I need to build body so should I stop or atleast reduce cardio.!?
I have little fat around but the trainer said that will go when you start body building too...
Advice please!

Switch your cardio to a sprint training format on alternate days from weight training. Warm-up, do about 20 minutes of sprint/walk intervals (100m, 200m, 400m,) varying the interval lengths each session. Cool down. This will continue to burn off fat while building lean body mass.
On weight days focus on the main movements like (bench press, squats, deadlifts, lat pulldowns, one-arm dumbbell rows, cleans, and shoulder press).
