For dinner I had a small portion of pasta! Whole wheat noodles, alil bit of ragu sauce. One teaspoon of garlic, 10 roasted almonds. And also lots of vegatables! Lettuce, peas, corn, and carrots with a tall glass of water.
On the back of the noodle box it stated that the noodles were a good source for complex carbs, which is good fuel for the body & brain.
For some reason I don't feel guilty at all for what I ate. I feel good, and full.

Unless you have something like Coeliacs, Whole-wheat Noodles won't be a problem, so you're clearly okay, which is fine. They I would think, are less likely ot effect fat levels in a negative way then regular Noodles, so I don't see a major problem with them.
I don't think you did anything wrong with that meal.
