Hi
I need serious help in losing weight. i have a three month old baby and i am breastfeeding.i have slight hypothyroidism and i am on synthroid. i run and do HIIT on treadmill at home 5 times a week for 35 mins each and workout using fitness dvds three times a week. still i did not lose any weight . i eat five to six small meals a day.
morning two egg white omellete with wholewheat bread slice 2 pieces
cup of
snack 250ml glass of skim milk
apple
lunch two wholewheatindian rotis with vegetables
snack 10 almonds
dinner\two wholewheat rotis with lentils
250mls skim milk
Please help i am ready to give up

The main thign here is not to give up. I appreciate it's hard and it is difficult, but if you believe in yourself, then you stand a much better chance of succeeding. I think you're DEFINITELY worth the time and effort I hope you do too.shaina18 wrote:Hi

(keep the Cardio in, it will help. 35 minutes a day should be adequate.)

(calories are a bit low. Add another Egg White and a Yolk and maybe something else in there like an Apple, or a medium sized Banana or a portion of Nuts. Keep the Fruit if you have it, digesting for 10-15 minutes to help digestion, then eat the rest of the food.)

(Pretty good, but perhaps a bit low too. Add something in like Chicken, Turkey, maybe some Nuts or Peanuts, bit of Low Fat Cheese instead of Milk. If you are concerned about mould and Aflatoxins in Peanuts, then consume western not Eastern grown.)

(Seems fine.)
snack 10 almonds
(Way too low. Increase the Almonds at least 2-3 times the amount, and add things like like Chicken, turkey, Ham sandwhich etc etc.)
dinner\two wholewheat rotis with lentils
250mls skim milk
(seems fine. Perhaps have the Milk about 2 hours later as a snack, possibly with a few Nuts.)
