so Im low on money
okeii so i really want to loose weight but all i have is beans, eggs, rice, coffee.a little bit of cheese and its not the low fat either ... welli guess you get it family is really low on money right now
... can i loose weight with that stuff ? i have an excersice band some dumbells and feet lol please can you give me a plan to go with situation right now ? please help!! thanks!! anything will help

The Coffee isn't worth jot for weight loss.
Okay then, try this
Breakfast. 3 Scrambled Egg Whites and a Yolk + Beans
Snack. Cheese.
Lunch. Beans + Rice.
Snack. Cheese.
Dinner. Beans, Rice and an Egg White.
As for the exercise the Dumbbells could be used for a workout.
Try this
Squats. 2 sets, 8 reps.**
Lunges. 2 sets, 8 reps.**
Dumbell Deadlifts. 2 sets, 8 reps.**
Seated Dumbell Chest Flyes. 2 Sets, 8 Reps.**
Dumbell Rows. 2 sets, 8 reps.**
Dumbell Shoulder Presses. 2 sets, 8 reps.*
Dumbell Hammer Curls. 2 sets, 8 reps.*
Dumbell Tricep Kickbacks. 2 sets, 8 reps.*
Planks for Abs. 30 seconds.
This should get you started.
For the exericses marked *, go for the lowest weight and take 60 second rest breaks between sets.
For the exercises marked **, got for the next size up and take 90 second rest breaks between sets.
Do this 3 days a week, with a day off between each session.
Hopefully this helps.
As a side question, is Beans, Rice, Eggs and Cheese really all you've got to work with? You don't have anything cheap like some Cereal, or perhaps something else relatively inexpensive, as the diet plan itself is workable, but one or two more choices, would just help you a little bit more.
