I've been working out for 7 months, unfortunately I didn't take a before picture, but here is where I'm at now. i'M 6'3 AND 222LBS. What should target weight be?

Any chance someone could estimate body fat? I'm not sure where to go from here, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week depending on work, and follow a diet plan of eating every two hours. I'm not really sure how much protein im taking in but I would say 40g a day. I've just been trying to eat whole wheat, no high fructose corn syrup products, cut all fast food and soda. Ive definitely gained muscle, if increased weight in every exercise.

Im not sure what I should go after? From the pictures does it look like I should put more size on or cut weight? As for eating a typical day would be whole wheat cheerios for breakfast maybe a yogurt with it. two hours later a very small bag of trail mix that has peanuts, raisins, couple dark chocolate pieces. Then lunch, which could be a 6'inch sub on whole wheat bread and turkey and spinach on it. Then another small snack such a s a powerbar or something. Then dinner which is pasta maybe or grilled chicken. Then a fruit smoothie with some flax seed oil and protein poured in. All fat free milk, and yogurt. Most of meals are small portions nothing to big.
I have checked body fat on a scale, not sure how accurate it is. I went from 19% to 18%-high 17's after about 2 months.
