Hey, name is Gates and I weigh 140 pounds and I am 5'4". i'd really like to lose weight but I'd also really like the motivation and that's why i joined this website. i hope it helps me. goal weight is 120 pounds.
I'll put a pic up later.
But please reply to this and I'm really looking forward to making progress on this website!! =)

Welcome Gates~! I'm sure we all look forward to helping in any way we can. We do need to know what you are eating and what kind of workout program you are currently doing, or what you have available to you to begin one (gym membership, home equipment etc, although there is tons you can do without a lot of equipment.)
