I just started to work out again in the last two months after having little one. I feel SO great after working out...I'm full of energy. I workout 3-4 a week (40 minutes of muscle training, followed by 30 minutes of aerobic exercise).
The only time I can work out during the week is after baby is put down, 9:30-ish p.m., so after workout I cannot go to sleep because I'm on cloud 9.
Are there any foods or drinks that could relax me? Or other ideas? I have to wake up again at 5am to get ready for commute to work and start over again!
Thank you.

Re: Workout Cool Down
You can try things like supplemental Tryptophan to help with Seratonin increases.
5-HTP manipulates it too, as does Glutamine.
You can also buy something called Melantonin
A small amount of Carbs may help as some say Carbs assist with Seratonin releases. Some people find them a little problematic in which case avoid thme if you get issues.
Some say protein can interfere with sleep but I can't understand that. As Arginine would promote Nitric oxide procution, dilating Bloodvessels and getting more oxygen to the Brain.
Tryptophan and Phenylalanine together are good for Seratonin as is Glutamine, so protein shoudl be a pretty good assist.
Warm drinks might help as well.
Food wisea few slices of Chicken or Turkey may help with a small amount of Cereal or slices tomato and Cucmber.
Maybe a small Ham or Chicken Sandwhich perhaps. Some Peanuts might be another option.
