About every 4 to 6 weeks I change up workout routine. I work out mostly 3 days a week, once in a while 2 - mainly because of schedule. This is workout and any thoughts and comments on it would be appreciated:
In order of how I do it - 3 sets (again, sometimes because of time 2):
35 regular pushups (by the third set 25)
10 medium wide pull ups (hands facing away - I've worked up to 10)
8 reps of regular flat bench at 175 pounds
6-8 rps of Press for Shoulders, barbell, 165pounds.
30 situps regular
20 diamond pushups (12 -15 by third)
10-12 hammer pullups
8 to 12 Incline Bench Dumbell Rows 50 pounds
6-8 a piece @ 25 pounds done as one routine Two Arm Front Deltoid Dumbbell Raises and Dumbbell Deltoid Lateral Raises
25 situps different than the previous kind
10-12 50pound dumbell squats
6-8 45 pound curls
goals are to be fit. At near 47, I don't desire to get "big", just stay in shape. I also run 3 to 5 miles 1 to 3 times a week.

doesn't seem to have any sequencing or anything which for mine is a big no-no
if you're looking for a circuit style workout then instead of doing 1 big one then do 2 or 3 within a session with one bing legs, chest and back then do all the rest for the second one
this way if you run out of time, you still hit everything, just not directly
