I am 16 and i have some weight issues. I'm currently 215 pounds, at 5 feet 6 inches.
I've worked out before and i can't seem to stick to a program (or even make a good plan). I loose determination quickly and i was wondering if you had any tips on what a good workout plan would be for me. I have access to a fitness center, but i'm not too sure what would be the best workouts for me to loose weight.
I also was wondering if anyone had any tips for eating healthier and how it could maybe be made easier to diet.
I'm just looking for general suggestions at this point
-Thanks!

Try not to look at losing weight as dieting. To diet usually signifies a temporary change and is very off-putting when you don't see immediate results. Try taking small steps to make healthy choices all of the time. But in order to help you with that, what do you typically eat and how often?
As for working out, just like changing the way you eat it needs to be done in small steps. Try walking or jogging for 30 minutes 3 times a week. If you can't jog the entire 30 minutes, try to at least finish walking. Focus on this for now. You can worry about your specific program after you start getting acclimated to a routine.
There are numerous tools on this website that can help you figure out how many calories you need as well as recipes if you want to look through them. But of course, if you give a breakdown of how your day looks like typically we can help out a bit easier.
The most important thing to focus on in terms of losing weight is being consistent. Be consistent with an exercise program. And be consistent with making healthy eating choices. Good luck!
