New to diets

Post by green »

Well im 17 and have always been tone but never had a sixpack, i go to the beach alot to skim and fish and lately iv been thinking about going on a diet trying to get that ideal stomach but not sure on what i should be eating, i have a great metabolism and do basic work outs like deadlifts and squats and the usual push-ups here and there, but now im ready to stick to a plan and get it done. At first i checked around on google for some diet ideas, and after the parade of diet pills and get abs quick pages which seem to frequent google i found a few foods that i liked on some sites like hard boiled eggs, fruits like apples, chicken ect. and now i just need some help incorporating theses into a diet plan.

So heres how day usualy goes, i wake up around 6 to get ready for school (shower, shave, ect) and usualy have time for a quick breakfast, which i usualy skip, which is somthing i have to stop doing. then leave for school around 7. Then for lunch time i end up eating school food and fries. then after school if i more then likely end up at the beach either skimming or spear fishing for the rest of the day, come home and eat whatever is for dinner.

So i was wondering if i could just eat some eggs in the morning, maby some whole wheat toast,
some fruit for lunch,
and i catch alot fish, which i could eat for dinner along with favorite steak and chicken
with snacks in between of coarse,
also i already drink water during school and im willing to replace soda with it during the rest of day

So, any tips/help would be great
ty :D

Here's a possibility for you.

Breakfast

Option 1

Whole-wheat Toast + 3 Scrambled Whites and a Whole Egg.

Option 2

A Banana and some Chicken. Fruit first then 10-15 minutes later Chicken, to help Fruit digestion.

Snack

Option 1

Low Fat Cheese + few Berries. Same advice on the fruit as Breakfast.

Option 2

Ham Sandwich

Lunch

Find something healthier at school if possible.

Snack

Option 1

Peanuts + Apple

Option 2

Low Fat Cheese + couple of Tomatos

Dinner as per usual.

Snack

Option 1

Nut Yoghurt + 100g Turkey

Option 2

100g Chicken, large Sliced Tomato + Olive Oil.

This should give you options.
