Sets are too high. No need to go above 10 reps on any exercises really.

Keep the Arm exercise for now, at 10 reps, or if you can get away with a few more lbs on it, cut back to 8-9 reps.

Squats, down to 8-10 reps, so add more weight. I'd go initially for around 20% more weight, but no more. If you can tolerate that for 8-10 reps, then add a bit more each set, until either that or the next session, you'll find a happy medium.

The increased intensity might initially create more DOMS, (Delayed Onset Muscle Sorenes), which you'll feel within 36 hours of training, but after a few more sessions, if that happens it should start to dissipate and you'll feel it less.

Ok..So I have went up on weights and I am glad I did! I am actually sore a little bit...Which I like because I know its workingn

I still havent loss weight and pants arent fitting any looser ! Dont know why...
Im trying to understand exactly what is going on with body... legs are getting very tight....which is good, right??? arms are getting definition which is good too but they are still not shrinking ...I dont understand.....of course diet is still lacking calories....Im just trying to understand what exactly body is doing and how the body builds muscle.... legs are getting really tight...I cant pinch much fat does that mean I have been burning fat even if I havent loss inches???Im sorry Im just trying to understand

It will be hard for you to build muscle if you don’t eat enough to feed your body. I noticed when I don’t eat enough I don’t workout as intensely as I could have. I think your body is in the process of changing… so give it some time to build muscles and slim down. As Brenty mentioned... patient. :D
As hard as it is... It takes time... I was just reminded not too long ago... the bigger picture is being healthy and away from potential illness.

You still need to in that case, increase calories a bit, but also you need the training to settle in. You've only just added a few tweaks, so you need time for them to start working properly.

The Legs will store fat more than most places, particularly in females, but with time and patience things will work. You're increasing the weights and getting some more cuts in the Arms as you mentioned, so the little positives are happening for you. Keep embracing them, be patient, stay focused, chin up and no worries.

You're doing so, so well, so don't start spoiling things with unneccessary self doubts and potential creation of mental stumbling blocks, because you don't need to :).

You'll get there in time, because you DO have what it takes and you ARE worth the time and effort you are putting into yourself.

Keep going and well done :).
