I know, I know, it's just hard to decide.
I think I'm going to focus on track for now because it is only 2 months. I'll have the rest of the year to focus on other fitness goals.

well the track training CAN assist with fat loss but the bikini program will make your track go backwards so good decision

Hi Lauren - it's been a long time! Last time you posted it looked like you were doing great! I concur with others, you are a great role model for your age group - for any age group for that matter. You look great in your pictures! I hope we hear from you again soon! Love your energy!
