When to take supplaments

I workout after work & I'm taking mhp TRAC extreme-NO as a pre-workout drink & mhp dark matter as a post workout drink. I'm gunna start doing p90x cardio x in the morning before work. Should I take supplaments before & after both workouts.

the NO is doing nothing for you and i don't know what the drak stuff is

1. NO is called NO for a reason.

2. Whatever Dark Matter is, it exists in space, I doubt it should exist in your lifestyle. Any supplement that needs to be called Dark Matter, as opposed to Creatine, "x" Isolate, "X" Concentrate, Glutamine etc etc, just sounds like one of those expensive ones that aren't worth your time or your rapidly draining finances.

half of it 45-30 mins before the other half after workout
oh and they are right about that stuff

I'm unimpressed by NO supplements--there's no real research out there to back up the claims of the supplements (which is pretty normal for 99% of the supplements out there). You'd do just as well to have a cup of coffee before you train.
