Okay just to start off im going to say "touch wood" that this time is going to be the time i succseed, ive failed twice now and i can only hope third time lucky!
Im not to big, just got that dreaded that i hate so much, im going on holiday in september so i have 4-5 months to get in shape, because i feel depressed and imbaresed as it is now, let alone spending 90% of the time with top off, okay so basicaly diet plan has been so bad, i eat out alot, skip meals and snak alot. mainly because of busy life style and the fact i have a lack of suport.
So basicaly i have come up with a new diet routine, the basic (if nature didnt create it, then i wont eat it) kind of stuff, i now do weight training 5 times a week for 30-60 mins. The only problem i have is i dont have a gym that i have time to walk to (as i dont drive or have a push bike) i have quite an actice life style though, i attend university 3 times a week which is a 50 min walk there and back so thats 5 hours walking to and from uni a week, and i work in a retail store 3 times a week from 9am-6pm so thats like another 15 hours im on feet in a week. so i was wondering would this be enough to lose that last bit of weight. im currently about 154 pounds but have quite a small figure.
Any help or advice would really help me!
Thanks, Matt!

Re: Exercise Help?
Use the search facility and see if you can find something I posted a few times for others on home Cardio circuits.
You should be able to find referances to star jumps, jumping jacks etc etc, if you do the search right

Re: Exercise Help?
You'll lose the fat in 4-5 months if you manage your diet--that's plenty of time.
Looks like it is enough exercise, though I wouldn't recommend weight training over about four days a week.
