The program is set up for 4 weeks. After the 4th week do I need to switch to another routine or can I continue using this?
If so, do I change any parameters or just keep increasing the weight?
If you have any program in your mind pls don't hesitate to post it here.
However, I'm just a beginner. Last month I was skinny, but after I finished this program I realized that muscle grow so fast and I'm happy with the result.
weight is 110lbs at the start, I'm now 120lbs. I may still look skinny for most of people here, but it's a good result for me. (I just want to be an ads model)
