Not sure either (Cardio maybe?)
I really dislike not having things plan but we all have our days right? I didn’t prepare any meals because I didn’t have time for myself this weekend. (I really do HATE Mondays!)
I’m leaving work #1 early to take dad to the doc’s appt. Then take the train back to the city to make it to Work #2. (Commute 1 hr each way) The time I’m off its late and I’ll be tired but still need to prepare meals for the week…. I’ll try to do cardio, so I can do weights tomorrow.
Sunday: So we celebrated bro’s & mom’s b-day.
As mentioned they BBQ tons and tons of meat and drank all day to night!
Started from 12PM to12AM (eating and drinking) – Beautiful day!
Lucky me for NOT drinking I’m the designated driver. I picked up an aunt, friends of an aunt, bro’s friends, drop off dad’s friend, airport pick up, pick up pizza, and go buy more beers! BLAH…. (Oh how I love being a taxi driver and a servant….NOT

!)
I don’t remember what time I ate since its all day… but I did grill eggplants, zucchinis, bell peppers, shrimps, and I’m not gonna lie but I had me a nice rib! Oh yeah, and I ate our specialty spicy green papaya salad… oh yum…. Sooo good! Other than that, I didn’t touch any alcohol, pizza, ice cream, cake, etc…
Although it was a rest day I did had a workout taking care of a little brat! I had to chase her around, feed her, changed her, etc…. I guess I’m a baby sitter as well.
So a few people I haven’t seen for awhile had remarks about me. Like “I heard you were working out how come you still look the same?” “Who’s bigger me or you? … I’m even a guy” “How come you’re not drinking?? Worried you’ll get even bigger?” etc....
Although some were rude and made stupid comments especially when they are drunk... I just dismissed them and told them about being health stuff.. They laugh… ohwell, I can’t never change anybody’s mind… especially drunk ones! So, I took niece in the house and watched cartoons!
No matter what they said… They couldn’t bring me down or break me in to pieces because I was strong and I have you guys to keep me positive!
