body stats:
Body fat 30%
weight: 105 KG
hight : 177 cm
Goal is to loose fat, and build biggest possible muscles instead, so over all body size may increase but to be of muscles not fat
I started a diet plan recently as follows;
meal 1:
1 tbsp linseed oil
1 bread
2 whole eggs
big piece of cottage cheese
meal 2:
1 piece of fruit
meal 3:
cooked veg with olive oil
250 gm meat/ OR can of tuna
plate of salad with no oil
piece of fruit
meal 4:
post workout meal : 1 liter of milk with no fat
5 gm creatine
meal 5:
250 gm cottage cheese with some spices
meal 6:
2 cups of chickpeas (cooked) OR a can of tuna or 250gm Meat
skimmed yogurt .
I workout 5 days a week,
day1: chest
day2: shoulders
day3:back
day4:arms and legs
day5:chest or shoulder
I dont do cardio now, but I plan to start it soon
questions are :
1- any mistakes in this plan in accordance to the goal to be achieved? what do you recommend to add/delete?
2- what do u recommend to do in the working out? any tips? should I lift heaviest possible weight with low reps?
3-how can i observe progress ? is it by weighing myself? is there any certain numeric value that can show progress?
4-in case and in order to achieve goal ,how many gms of protien/carbs/fat should i consume daily ? and how much for post workout meal?
sorry if this is long for u.
thanks

Re: Is this plan right for achieving goal?
Don't do that. he's looking for comp shred. You don't need that. That diet is fairly restrictive as well, so it's not ideal for getting certain nutrients and in his case it's only short-term, not least as he'll be ingesting very meagre amounts of fat soluable Vitamins, because it's an almost Fat free diet.
