Can someone please make me a Workout program??

Hello, I need someone to please make me a workout regimen for me to reach goal. goal is to lose body fat to get bigger, more cut arms, and to get a strong lean toned chest. So if anyone could please just make me a workout program that consists of what workouts to do, and how long i should do them for, and how many days i would need to do them. goal is to also reach goal in about 5 months, or as quickly as possible. thank you.

what equipment do you have access to?

I have access to bench press, pec dec, lat pulls, seated rows, dead lift, squat rack, leg extention, tricep extention, dip bars, pull up bars, straight bar, the curvey bar, various dumbells, incline bench. I think that's it.
