Did you take a pic before you started cutting?

hmmmm....I'll have to check. Pretty close to when I started. I figured getting to 185 would be right, but I think I'm going to end up lighter to look the way I want too. measurements haven't dropped yet, other than maybe 1/4-1/2" in waist. The lighting is always a pain in pictures, sometimes it makes you look really good, other times looks like you have no cuts at all.

Thurs. 4-15-10

Weight--190.0 They bought us lunch at work yesterday. Soup and sandwich's, ham, lettuce, tomato, cheese, mustard, bulkie roll, and Potato, and Ham soup. Not all that bad really, but definately added to calories for the day. work days are alot more sitting; off days I almost never sit, so expenditure on work days is likely much lower.

Hey, not bad for an office lunch! When our office buys lunch it's usually pizza or something like that.

Its nice when the CEO of the company comes down, he likes the healthier food, otherwise, we get the same, loads of pizza. It's nice of them to do, but I'll eat like one small piece, just not something I feel great about, but love the free part...... :D

Oh dude, you must have been starving. He's gotta get on the ball 'eh? Thats just too long without eating......is it beautiful in Fla. today?

I sort of use it as motivation, like if I get lean enuf, the lines will show, regardless of the lighting....thats story, and I'm stickin' too it...... :) The pizza is less than satisfying, though I love the sauce, and things in spag/pizza sauce.....maybe I'm part Italian...hmmm. Love following along, now that I'm more faithful at it than I was in the beginning, love aLL your improvements, and your dedication is a model to follow, for sure.
