Hmm this might be good for me too. Since I seem to never be able to get protein in daily intake. But I am not sure. I know this forum is mostly for people building muscle and I want that also but I am trying to lose around 50 lbs right now. :/

Girl... I'm trying to lose!!!
But by eating the right food and working out with weights and cardio...
It's totally working... Now, for those people who are bodybuilders..
They have a specific diet and workout to make them gain and have beautiful body!!!
Protein powder is good to help but make sure to eat your proteins too.

If your diet is looking solid and consistent right now, then a Protein powder will be acceptable. Females can use them, but I'd heed caution.

You only need to use one with Whey and Carbs, or a fairly Carb free Whey and add your own Carbs.

Don't even waste time with ones that are expensive and full of Amino Acids and Herbs. Some have added things like Branch Chain Amino Acids and Glutamine, which is fine, but any claiming to have loads of added A A's and herbs and Micronutrients, that cost the Earth, are best avoided.
