Hello! Is there anyone out there who can recommend a good book or dvd on weight training? I am becoming very serious about training and would like to find some good books or dvd's on the subject. I know the basics of lifting and I know the basic routines and have been lifting for awhile, but would like to learn more and I realize there is so much to learn and so much bad advice as well as good. I can't choose among the endless sea of literature on the subject and would love it if someone could recommend a good book or dvd for me that is good and proven.
Thanks!

wow, that is the book I had in mind before reading peoples responses. It appears to be popular, and for good reason. I would definitly recommend the book as well. Not only does it have in depth descriptions and pictures of many top exercises for body building, but it also gives first hand descriptions of what life as a body builder entails. This is something that few other books can offer. It is really a must have for any aspiring body builder. You can get a used copy fairly cheap online. I picked up mine for $12 plus $4 or 5 shipping. I was definitly not disappointed, and couldn't put it down. In two weeks time I had gained much of the knowledge it had taken Arnold Schwarzenegger a life time to learn (can you tell I enjoyed reading the book?).
