I AM NEW HERE
I am trying to lose 30lbs I gained weight after hurting back, I am back to working out and I recently started taking Creatin and CLA I just want to know if anyone have an opinion on what i should be taking or what works. I lift weight 4xs a week 1 1/2 hour
I also do Cardio 2xs a day total of 90minutes
can some one help
If anyone know of a good appetite suppresent please please i am begging you let me know
you would need to eat more...too much exercise chews up muscle for fuel maiking you fatter...do 3 x full body wt sessions a week, 2 interval cardio sessions a week x 15mins maximum and 1 other low to med intensity cardio sessions and get your food in order
