Ok I will use today as an example, I had two croissants for breakfast with nothing on them, a cup of hot tea with skimmed milk and 2 sugars (i ran out of sweetner) a banana, 3 pieces of chocolate, baked chicken with a parmesan garlic sauce for lunch, a handful of frozen grapes, lasagne for dinner, a banana for dessert, and about 4 glasses of water, and a diet coke. I walked about a mile pushing a baby in a buggy uphill it took me about a half hour as I was not in a rushadiebon wrote:hi

For breakfast make the croissants whole grain and add some natural peanut butter or some eggs, turkey.Ok I will use today as an example, I had two croissants for breakfast with nothing on them, a cup of hot tea with skimmed milk and 2 sugars (i ran out of sweetener) a banana, 3 pieces of chocolate, baked chicken with a parmesan garlic sauce for lunch, a handful of frozen grapes, lasagne for dinner, a banana for dessert, and about 4 glasses of water, and a diet coke. For lunch add some vegetables to the baked chicken and some brown rice or whole grain pasta or a sweet potato and a salad with olive oil and vinegar.
For dinner add some protein. Lasagna is good if it is healthy and not processed crap, add a whole grain roll, bun, bread with some chicken, meat, fish or other protein and a vegetable. You are also lacking dairy, try some cheese, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt.
I would skip the artificial sweeteners and diet drinks. Nothing healthy about them. Just chemicals in a can and packet.
