Hello all, i'm new to this forum and i might ask a question that has been asked a lot lol. I've been taking 3 diff. kinds of Creatine: Cell Tech, Phosphagen Elite and Cell Tech Hardcore. When i first started to work out i used cell tech and it worked great. muscles grew very quickly and i gain a lot of strength in a very short period. After using it for a while i changed to Phosphagen Elite because for some reason Cell Tech stopped working. Same thing happend... muscle grew and i increased strength and Phosphagen stopped working. Now last creatine purchase was Cell Tech Hardcore which i dont recommend because it didnt work at all. I've been working out about 2 years, with 2-3 month breaks and havent reached body size goal. Anyone know any supplement, legal of course, with no side effects that can make muscles grow faster???

cycle creatine 4 weeks on 4 weeks off...your probably not eating right which is why you've turned to supp's

what do you mean by eating right? actually i eat quite a lot Lol. Mostly tuna fish, meat, chicken and everything else that's rich in protein

Animal Pump, and Animal M-stak. www.animalpak.com

Animal Pump does contain NO boosters and stimulants but i use it and i think its great, increased energy and mental focus while lifting with great pumps, it contains 3g of 3 different advanced creatines.

Haven't used Animal M-stak but i have heard good things about it as far as gains in strength and size/mass go.

I also Highly reccomend the multi they make Animal Pak.

of course a proper diet is essential as well. not just supplementation.

Don't use Celltech.

Celltech gives you 10g of Creatine per scoop. You shouldn't in opinion ingest that much at once.

Even if you hear some people telling you it's great, and no side effects, does'nt mean you won't get side effects, you could end up getting some, 10,15,20+ years down the line, so as far as I'm concerned don't waste your money, and posibly your Kidneys too, and stick to one with 5g per scoop.

how much carbs are you ingesting?? you absorb protein and creatine better when digested with carbs...make sure healthy fat content is adequate too...your caloreis requirements need to be met before supp's are to be added
