Since you're looking to lose weight and tone up in opposed to "bulking up", I would warm up with 5-10 minutes of light cardio before your workout. After warming up, workout whatever parts your looking to tone (use light weights and 3 sets of 20)... After finishing your workout, conclude it with about 15-20 minutes of cardio... Do the lifting about 3 days a week, but do cardio 7 days a week. I'm saying 7 days a week because you want to lose 124 lbs. in less than 8 months, which may be a little unrealistic and unhealthy for you, but your diet must change drastically to achieve your goals.
