Need help with this
So I weigh around 145 or so and ive always wanted to get a sixpack. problem is idk if that is unhealthy at weight. I dont have much fat already because you can already see side abs(whatever its called). main goal was to gain some muscle then trim down but i feel like im at a good size now. Please let me know if this is unhealthy and if i will lose alot of muslce by trying to lose the little fat i have left.

I'm not quite sure about what aspect you're referring to that would make it unhealthy. In any case, having a six pack, and maintaining it, for some people is quite a task. How you go about it can be healthy or unhealthy. In other words, if you are training correctly, and getting in enough healthful calories, there's nothing unhealthy about having a six pack. On the other hand, if you're using drugs to reduce body fat, and ones to increase protein synthesis and muscle growth, that could possible lead to health issues. Starving yourself in a quest to lower fat levels can also lead to health issues.
Since you said you already have low body fat levels, but I'm guessing you want them even lower, I'd suggest you focus more on training the abs to get bigger. What you're trying to achieve is to get the muscle bellies to actually protrude from the linea alba. The linea alba is the sectioned sheath that actually defines the "six pack", or eight pack for some people. Start training the abs as you would any other muscle group you want to grow. Don't focus on higher, and higher reps. Make the bulk of your ab training (2 or 3 exercises, about 3 or 4 sets each)intense through increased weight, weight you can handle with good form. Then pick just one exercise, and do 2 or three sets of higher reps (16 - 20 reps) focusing on getting a deep contraction.
Also, keep in mind your diet is the main component of obtaining and maintaining a six pack.
