Fast-Abs in 4 mins

Post by sbhsrower »

There is a website that sells a product called the Fast Abs program, which claims to give you a six-pack using a scientifically thought through exercise which you can only do for 4 mins, you can physically only do for 4 mins. There are some other stuff though (like some form of cardio exercise that they say they have created that is really good), and the website is http://www.mindnmuscle.com/abs/how-to-b ... k-abs-.htm

The primary website itself seems to be alright http://www.mindnmuscle.com.

Can someone check this out? If someone has tried it, can they please tell me if it works?

I read something very similar to that if not exact, I did not read the book or anything, but I tried the excersize. I have to admit I'm not doing it 100% right, like with timing and all, but YOU do feel the BURN in your abs while you're doing like YOU haven't before, I assure you that. I don't know, i think it's not working for me because;

1) i dont know the whole "real" plan, just the excersize.
2) I'm not doing it enough.
3) and I have high fat percentage, end of it's healthiness, but not fat.
I got all the fat covering stomache, and abs, although, I do see them more than before now. The shape and all, just no packs, except 1st packs which i had since summer, how lame, huh?!

That's insight about it, but the excersize itself, is good.

it probably consisits of crunches and that coupled with a lot of rowing will give tight abs as well as your already limited thoracic extension causing postural and eventually respiratory problems...has anything meaningful eber been done in 4mins???? just a gimmick i'm thinking and here's something i found in a quick search:

Behind The Hype: FastMuscles
The FastMuscles training program claims it can help anyone build big muscles quickly. But Street Cents finds it’s not so fast, not so special and not for teens.

Street Cents got an email from 18 year-old Steve. He asked us to check out a website called FastMuscles. It’s not too hard to figure out why Steve was instantly interested.
