Wrist Pain

I was doing some ez-bar reverse curls about 6 weeks ago and tweaked something in wrist. If left hand is laying flat, palms down, it's the left side where hand ends and wrist starts to about half way down forearm. I had problems doing half of major lifts for 4 weeks or so and just got back to full strength the last couple weeks. Today I decided to pick up a bare long bar and reverse curl to see how it felt, first one hurt right away and I couldn't finish normal workout. What did I strain? I know only time can this but it seems to take forever to feel right.

The weird thing is it's been feeling consistently better every week and felt about 90% today, until I tried a reverse curl on a long bar with no weight. Apparently that's all it took.
