Baldness can be caused by DHT, (Di-Hydro Testosterone), a byproduct created from too much Testosterone.

However substances called Lignans, found in foods like Whole-grains, Flax and Soy, can potentially help to block or inhibit the actions of DHT, so I believe.

Il continue to update today but i probably won't be on tomorow.

Some chicken chunks and a bannana, feel bloated though.

Protein shake before workout, about 350 cals 50g protein.

Dumbbell press 18kg each arm 3 sets reps 6-10
Dumbell flys same - 3 sets reps 6-8
Bench press 50kg about 4 or 5 sets reps 6
Bent over barbell row 3 sets reps 6.
3 Sets deadlifts reps 10
1 Set curls and shoulder shrugs reps 6-7
Shoulder press 3 sets reps 6
Dumbbell rows 3 sets reps 10 each arm
2 sets squats reps 10
1 set lunges reps 10

Some chunky chicken pieces after.

Still feel bloated but im exhausted, haven't stopped mainly sorting things out for birthday tomorow.

I probly won't be online but am going out for a meal during the day and probably having a drink in the evening but il do best.

Can of baked beans.

Barking is near to London, so why not go Paintballing and see if you can't hit a few city bankers on the for me. The way they helped screw the economy, they deserve more than just a cut in their bonuses. A LOT more :P :P.

Day 252

Breakfast, protein shake (1 scoop) - 23g protein, and about 90 cals, with a glass of semi skimmed milk so probly around 30g protein, and maybe 200 cals?

Wheatabix x3 with semi skimmed milk, prob around 300-350cals?

Protein shake (1 scoop) with water before/during workout.

Workout,

50kg bench press 5 sets reps 5-7
50kg barbell bent over rows, 3 sets reps 6-7
50kg deadlifts 3 sets reps 10

2 sets dumbbell curls 18kg reps 5-6
Dumbbell flys 18kg 3 sets reps 6-8
Dumbbell rows 3 sets each arm rep 10
Shoulder press 3 sets 18kg dumbbells reps 6
10kg dumbbell weight squats (found these leg exercises alot easier with reduced weight and more comfortable to do) 3 sets reps 10
10kg dumbbell lunges 3 sets 10 reps (5 per leg)

Workout lasted long today like 1hr 30mins, but felt good as im not in agony now, but i can feel ive done a workout as its tired me out. And it probably felt good as i hadn't done one for a couple days.

Kiwi

Now cooking a piece of salmon fillet, and chicken tikka breast pieces in oven should be done soon, and should be around 200-250 cals and 30-40g protein, roughly as the nutrition information was provided in 100grams out of the packs.

Hope it's going good 8)

Had a can of baked beans in tomato sauce, drained most of the tomato sauce out though so that may help? Can was 360 cals, 21g protein, 68g or 69g carbs, about 20g was sugars, not sure if that's natural or not?

Dinner, just had a bit of fish think it was cod, took the batter off though, and some peas.

Hi Martin!

How are you?

Meals look great!! Good job pal!

Workout also doesn't look too bad! I'm glad to see you're doing 3 full sets of 10 reps on those lower body exercises.

You could skip the cardio... Or just do 15-20 minutes intervals. Your call.

Gave it a miss, will do it today instead.

Day 254

Breakfast, protein shake - 1 scoop, so 23g protein just from powder, with semi skimmed milk.

And wheatabix x3 with semi skimmed milk.

Break and lunch, 2 pieces of bread and about 6 turkey breast slices.

Got home, bannana.

Birthday cake and few bits, been picking at but nothing too extreme.

However i need you guys advice, i gave the cardio a miss yesterday, i just went to do it, but after a minute i had enough. I feel really tired inmyself, unfit, and just feel like being lazy and taking it easy, i think alot of it is to do with birthday the other day and just getting back to things. Also i dunno if this is affecting me but, i like this girl, she likes me, but shes in a relationship with mate from ive known since i was little, so it's awkward.

I know not doing cardio and not eating 100% well isn't going to get me big and a 6 pack though. But ive eaten mainly id say 90% well? And i just could really do with the rest to be honest. But u know, i'll do it if i have to, just legs were aching and i just don't feel good.

Dinner - chicken tikka breast pieces.
