I eat dinner at 5:00 pm, workout at 7:00 pm until 9...
After workout I don't eat anything and then go to bed.... I've lost 19 pounds so far but am I doing things the right way?
Am I doing things the right way?

Some of that could be muscle, but I can't be certain.
You could avoid that by havings a small portion of Chicken, or some Egg Whites, or some Whey, Soy or Casein protein Powder.
Carbs can help with Seratonin releases, so you could have a little if you want, but otherwise don't. Some prefer not to, because of occasional issues but most aren't affected by a bit of Carb at the time of night, I'm certainly not.
If you use a powder but don't want Carbs, go Carb free, or if you don't want lots of Carbs go Carb free, then add things like some Crushed Oats and maybe Honey in there.
Then use things like Vanilla Essence, ground Ginger, ground Nutmeg and Cinnamon, to manipulate the taste if you're not quite happy with the taste.
Plus having something increases recovery. Bloodsugar drops when you're asleep, but it's already low when you're finished working out, so at least perking it up a little may be beneficial, as possibly the Carbs may assist sleep.
Casein if you have it, is a slow digesting protein, 8 calories per gram as opposed to 4, plus it's reasonably priced in a bog standard form, but may occasionally be a tad bloating. Some find this happens some don't. It's the stuff in Milk and Cheese.
