hi guys, this is first post and i need some serious help. I am a very keen Rugby player looking to make it at the top level in the next couple of years. i have been given the rest of this season off till next season (late august) inorder to bulk up.
coach has told me to:
1: Maintain or slighlty improve current fitness level,
2: Bulk up and get big and strong in upper body, mainly chest, bicep shoulders and back,
3: improve leg power.
i can work out every day of the week, giving around 1 to 2 hours a day inorder to work out.
Any help would be greatfully accepted,
