Alright, well thx again for being so helpful. I'm gonna jump into your workout later today. I'm gonna try to vary up rep ranges as well. Already decided that I'll bring the deadlift, Bench press, and cable rows down to a 3-6 range. Then a couple of the other ones you have there I've never done before so I'll try to get what seems right. Is that split squat overly hard on your knees? Because left ones a little iffy.
