Trampoline

Post by momof3 »

Hello!
First I have to say...what an awesome site! Very informative and easy to comprehend!

I just started working out this past week. I've become disgusted with gut and as you can see by SN, I have 3 kids. :) The youngest is 5 years old and I've finally (by reading your site) have become motivated enough to get serious about working out. I'm 5.1 and around 117 pounds...I don't have a scale, so I'm not too sure about weight. All I know is gut won't go away on it's own! I have a question about the big trampoline. Is it the same as skipping rope? What is the difference between the big trampoline and a rebounder?

I would say I'm in fairly good shape, I run at least 3 miles 5 times a week. I don't say this to brag just to illustrate point. th wife and I went on vacation and they had a big trampoline, after jumping on it for ten minutes, I was feeling the workout pretty good. If you have a chance to workout on a trampoline, I highly reccomend it as it is effective and more importnat FUN!!!!
