Maybe that’s why you are tired? Because you didn’t have enough food to feed your body for energy? Maybe try to take some protein shakes?

Yeah, thats what I'm guessing is the cause. But if I can't even swallow something without making myself feel like I'm going to throw up, I don't know how to get more in me. I haven't tried protein shakes, maybe I can find one that I can suck down on the days where I physically can't eat anymore. Thanks for the suggestion!

Walk 4 miles

* 25 p/u
* 35 crunches

I made it to 1900 calories yesterday!! Ok, so I had to drink two cans of coke and eat a whole peppermint bark bar to make it that far, but I made it! Hehehehehe...

Today I have the day off unexpectedly so I'm being a lazy bum. I told myself after walk I can be as lazy as I want. Walk is done, I'm going to curl up on bed and catch up on all of fave shows on hulu. I did make a mistake of telling one of the students I tutor that I have today off (found out last night, she asked shortly after I found out) so now she wants to come to house to get in a few more hours of studying in with me to guide her. But at least I don't have to leave the house to do it! She's going to have to put up with me in bumming clothes and no shower, should be quite a good day for her :D

Last week the real world hit me - exercising and eating right went right out the window. Between two exams, a paper due, brakes going and cat getting sick, I barely had enough time to sleep much less anything good for me!

So this week I am back up on the horse. I'm going to pick up where I left off with workout schedule instead of jumping a week ahead. So....

1 Mar 10

Walk 4 miles

* 30 push-ups
* 40 crunches

Luckily for me, I didn't gain any weight this week. DIdn't lose any, but the way I ate and with no working out, I'm dang happy!
